Microgreen farm
Southeast USA

Purpose-Built for Commercial Scale

Our climate-controlled indoor farm operates year-round in the Southeast USA, producing premium microgreens at commercial volume through precision environmental systems and rigorous food safety protocols.

The Facility

Engineered for Precision

Our purpose-built indoor farm was designed from the ground up for commercial microgreen production — not adapted from a greenhouse or warehouse. Every system, from HVAC to lighting to water treatment, is purpose-specified for microgreen biology and food safety compliance.

We operate completely independent of outdoor weather — relevant in the Southeast where temperature swings, humidity spikes, and hurricane season create consistency challenges for any outdoor or greenhouse operation. Our product specification is identical in January and August.

What Makes Our Farm Different

°F
Climate Control
Commercial HVAC with dedicated dehumidification maintains 68–72°F and 50–65% RH year-round. Independent of all outdoor conditions — critical in the humid Southeast climate.
LED
Full-Spectrum Lighting
Commercial-grade LED arrays tuned for 200–250 µmol/m²/s PPFD — the optimal photosynthetic light level for microgreen cotyledon development. 16-hour light cycles maximize chlorophyll synthesis.
RO
Reverse Osmosis Water
All irrigation water passes through RO filtration before use. pH adjusted to 5.8–6.5 per variety requirement. Municipal contaminants, chlorine, and mineral inconsistencies eliminated.
GAP
Food Safety Systems
FSMA-compliant food safety plan, environmental swab monitoring, lot traceability from seed to delivery, and Certificate of Analysis available per shipment for all wholesale accounts.
Staggered Production
New trays seeded every day of the week. This rolling production schedule creates daily-harvest capability — enabling same-day and next-day freshness at any delivery frequency your operation requires.
Harvest-to-Cold Protocol
Our harvest protocol mandates cold storage entry within 45 minutes of cutting. The packing room is maintained at 65°F and all packaging materials are pre-cooled. Temperature logs are available for every shipment.
