Our climate-controlled indoor farm operates year-round in the Southeast USA - meaning our product specification is identical in January and August. No weather delays, no seasonal gaps, no surprises.

What does MicrogreenUSA do?

MicrogreenUSA is a wholesale microgreen grower supplying sushi and Japanese restaurants, fine dining kitchens, hotels and resorts, specialty grocers, regional distributors and export buyers. We grow 40+ varieties in a climate-controlled indoor farm in the Southeast USA, harvest to order, grade every tray by eye and get product into cold storage within 45 minutes of cutting. Accounts run on standing weekly orders that can be changed with 48 hours' notice.

Where does MicrogreenUSA deliver microgreens?

Our primary zone gets same or next day delivery: all major Florida metros, the Atlanta metro, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. Outside the Southeast we ship to all 50 states with 1-2 day overnight service via FedEx Custom Critical. International export buyers in Japan, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and Canada are served through our Miami hub freight partners with phytosanitary certificates and USDA export documentation.

How long does it take to grow microgreens?

Most microgreens are ready in 6 to 18 days, and our typical cycle is about 14 days from seed to table. Purple radish, daikon and mustard are fastest at 6-10 days. Broccoli, sunflower, kale, red cabbage and arugula take 8-12 days, and pea tendrils 10-14 days. Basils, beet, Swiss chard and fennel need 12-18 days, cilantro 14-21 days and shiso 16-24 days. Every tray goes through seeding, a 3-4 day blackout phase and an LED light phase before harvest.

Are MicrogreenUSA microgreens organic?

Our microgreens are grown from certified organic seed with no pesticides, herbicides or synthetic growth hormones at any stage, and all inputs are documented for wholesale accounts. MicrogreenUSA is not currently USDA certified organic, so we do not sell the product as certified organic. Contact our wholesale team for the current certification status and full input documentation.

What is the minimum order for wholesale microgreens?

A single restaurant can open an account at 5 lbs per week. Restaurant groups start at 50 lbs per week, regional distributors at 200 lbs per week, and national or export accounts are set up on a contract basis. There is no upfront purchase requirement, only a consistent weekly standing order, and qualifying Southeast USA accounts receive a complimentary sample box of three varieties before they commit.
