Delivery FAQ

Shipping Questions

How are microgreens shipped to stay fresh?

Our harvest-to-cold protocol mandates cold storage within 45 minutes of cutting. Product is harvested in a 65°F room, packed into pre-cooled packaging, sealed and labeled, then dispatched in insulated shippers with gel packs by cold courier. We track and document the 45-minute target, and temperature logs are available for every shipment.

Which areas get same day or next day microgreen delivery?

Our Southeast primary zone gets same or next day delivery: Florida (all major metros), Georgia (Atlanta metro), South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. Standard delivery days for Southeast accounts are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and high-volume accounts may be able to add more days.

Do you ship microgreens nationally and internationally?

Yes. Our national zone covers all 50 states with 1-2 day overnight delivery via FedEx Custom Critical, including New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Seattle, Boston and Washington DC. Export orders to Japan, the UAE, the UK and Canada ship via our Miami hub with phytosanitary certificates, USDA export compliance and a COA per shipment.

How much shelf life is left when microgreens arrive?

Orders typically arrive with 5-10 days of shelf life remaining. Most varieties keep 7-10 days after harvest at 34-38°F, pea tendrils last longest at 10-12 days and basil is the most delicate at 5-7 days. Keep the product sealed, consistently cold and away from ethylene-producing produce to get the full window.
